The Friends of the Woodland Public Library is a volunteer
organization dedicated to helping the Woodland Public Library
realize its mission.
In order to attain this goal, they have staged fundraisers, the
most popular of which are the book sales that are held 5 times a
year. The books sold are ones donated to the library throughout
the year.
The Friends also sponsor another important library support
group, the Spinetinglers. When library books need repair and
tender loving care, the Spinetinglers are the answer. A group of
volunteers who have been trained to repair and refurbish books.
Current Spinetinglers are Marcella Eddy, Lee Howell, Ann
Wallace, Marcia Cary and Jeanne Bibb. This dedicated group has
saved thousands of dollars for the library since their inception.
Please consider becoming a member of the Friends of the
Woodland Public Library. Without this support the library would
be friendless.
