Where to get Public Access to the Internet in Woodland, California

Note this is an old page, 2003, and this is likely to be out of date. Last I checked there were three places to find public access in Woodland. First, the Woodland library. The library has several computers which are heavily used, and access is limited to a certain amount each day, I think an hour. Second, the public can get access at the Woodland Community College library. The Woodland Community College library is open to the public, you need a library card to use the machines but that only costs a dollar. Finally there is one Internet machine at the Yolo County Law Library in Woodland. This machine is intended for use on law questions so that has priority and use is limited to 45 minutes, but I hear it is not used very much. You should be able to do a quick e-mail check on it.

Woodland residents might want to vist the UC Davis libraries, particularly if they want to spend several hours searching for and reading material. There are an almost unlimited number of computers that any California resident is welcome to use. See the Davis public access page for details.

Computer Concepts at 93 West Main Street offers public access for 4 dollars an hour. Prints are 25 cents a page. Computer Concepts is open 9-6 Monday thru Friday, and 10-4 on Saturday. Computer Concepts is at the corner of California and Main Street near KFC, 93 West Main Street.
