Workshop and Public Hearing: PSD Rulemaking

Yolo-Solano AQMD staff will hold a public workshop and public hearing to discuss the proposed adoption of District Rule 3.24, PREVENTION OF SIGNIFICANT DETERIORATION (PSD). Adoption of this rule will not change any applicable requirements of the federal PSD permitting program, but will make the District the administrator of the program.

The public workshop will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012, at 9 a.m. at the Yolo-Solano AQMD.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 9 a.m. at the Yolo-Solano AQMD Board Room.

Written comments received no later than May 18, 2012, will also be considered.
