If it's been more than a month since you've been a member, call us so we can determine whether or not you need to go on a waiting list to return -- some of our sites have a waiting list, while others don't!
Otherwise,
(1) Click here for a renewal form to fill out and email in (thanks to our dear member Russell for setting this up for us!). Click on the checked boxes to un-check them (and check on the boxes you want to select). You can also find a renewal form here to print out, if you prefer. You can then mail it or scan and email it to us (follow directions on the form). You can always also call in your renewal!
(2) Decide how many box deliveries and eggs (if any) you'd like to receive. Check out the below table for the breakdown in prices and options.
(3) Decide if you would like your deliveries to arrive every week or every-other week.
(4) If you want to go for the 12 deliveries (13th free!) subscription, we will send you a ChicoBag with our logo on it or a lavender sachet as a thank-you gift (if you're renewing for 24 deliveries with two free, we'll send two bags or sachets).
If you do not want the ChicoBags, please select ONE renewal treat from the following list (for 24 deliveries with 2 free, select two treats): rosemary salt, lavender salt, hydrosol spritzer, lavender sachet, lavender sugar body scrub, and lavender-calendula healing salve. (5) Call the farm! You can reach us at 866.627.2465 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Call us before 10 a.m. Friday to receive your delivery the following week. Have your VISA or MasterCard handy (we only keep credit card numbers on file if members specifically ask us to!).

Also, if you are interested in our AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SYSTEM, here's a little rundown of how it works:
Even though we call it an "automatic" renewal, we still process each renewal manually. We will renew you for the same amount of boxes and eggs each time your subscription runs out. Rather than receiving the renewal form with your second-to-last delivery, you will receive a reminder note attached to your newsletter. This will indicate that we have you in our automatic renewal system and that we will charge the credit card number we have on file for you. If you do not want us to charge your card or would like to make a change to your order, you will need to contact us before 10 a.m. on Friday the week you receive the note. Your final newsletter will include a note that indicates it is your final delivery in your current subscription and that we will be renewing you. We ALWAYS send a confirmation email when we renew you, so it is important to look out for that email. If you do not receive that email, please call the office and leave a voicemail. Please do not wait until the day of your delivery to contact us -- by that point, it is too late!
