San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority Website Database Development meeting Meeting Objectives Review the goals and objectives for the San Gabriel Valley Internet Project as set at the July 11 meeting. Understand what each of the participants hope will result from this effort. Brainstorm and prioritize what the group would most like to see each participating agency put on-line. Understand the steps needed to put different types of datasets on-line. Know more about what the state and federal agencies are doing in the area of putting datasets on-line, and developing standards of metadata comparability and format. Begin developing a plan for using the World Wide Web to improve access to priority databases. Set 3-6 month priority objectives to accomplish. Determine what we should do next. Divide up tasks. Set next meeting.
