Take the Richards Boulevard exit from Interstate 80 and go northwest on Richards Boulevard. Continue on Richards Boulevard (through the tunnel) and go straight ahead as it turns into E Street (you'll be going North). At Fourth Street, turn RIGHT (going East) until you get to L Street.
